This style supports a client who needs the help with the plan and the continued motivation. You still want to make the decisions and care deeply about what stays and what goes. These are commonly spaces with clothing, files, and memorabilia.
Esthetic revamp
This is for someone who wants a revamp of the "look". They want to spend the money to make it all look a certain way, but may not have as much of a cleaning out need. Typically these occur in common spaces or closets.
guided clear out
You do not have attachment to the items, you may have just no time to invest in this process. You just need a big change to a space. Often these are pantries, garages, or basements.

We prepare cleaning materials, order dump trailers, deliver donations, and pull in support staff when needed. Busy families, single parents, elderly homeowners, can rely on all phases being completed by us.

Where does everything go?
1. Donations can be specifically requested by the client, although our practice is to donate to non-profit facilities in the local area such as Siena Francis House, Lydia House, and Release Care Closet.
2. Environmentally conscious disposal. Recycling and proper waste or chemical disposal is always prioritized.
3. Additional Service: some items may be of financial value to you, but you do not have the time or bandwidth to post it. We can handle this for you and you will receive the funds minus the service charge. (Pro Tip: An entire session has been paid for just by selling old clothing for the client.)
